The German company was presented with this accolade in the field of industry by the Initiative Mittelstand (the German initiative for SME companies).

InduKey won the award in the category of medical technology for its industrial keyboard - the InduMedical. The jury selected the InduMedical as the most innovative and interesting solution for the SME branch in the German market.

The InduMedical keyboard with active protection, e.g. against bacteria (MRSA), is suited to application in medicine, pharmacy, chemistry and food processing industry. The coating contains a special antimicrobial agent called Microban®. The keyboard is sealed to IP65 standard making it proof to dust and liquids and is available with a rugged enclosure. The keys are high quality OMRON-short-travel-switches that offer a comfortable tactile key response. The integrated capacitive touchpad can be used comfortably and is offering safe and reliable input. The InduMedical standard model is available as a desktop version with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 90°C.
